Case study of piles and fissure

On meeting the doctor he narrated his overall complaints which he was suffering from.  He said since 6-8 months I am suffering with piles and fissures.  Motions are not hard always but still I bleed while passing motion daily in the morning.  And there is a swelling in the anal region, the pain starts after passing motion and stays for hours together.  I also experience pain and slight burning sensation when sitting for long duration in office hours.   He said “I try to consume lots of water, fibrous diet, and juices so I don’t have hard motions problem but still I cannot find relief in my bleeding as well as pain after motions”.  With all these complaints he looked tired and weak (due to loss of blood while passing motions and mentally he was exhausted).
