A 54 years old gentleman from New Mumbai reported to Imperial Homeopathy for his eczema. He was suffering from eczema since 4 years. There were multiple patches of eczema on his feet.He would have severe itching. There used to be bleeding after scratching. He was very frustrated with his itching. It would affects his daily routine life.He was not able to concentrate on his work properly. He started avoiding social events because of his complaints which was worrisome for him. 

 He had tried all modes of treatment including Homeopathy and Ayurveda but there was no relief in his eczema.   He was using a steroid based cream since 6 months which would just suppress the lesion for time being. When he would stop applying cream, there used to be severe flare up. He was getting dependent on that steroid cream. Also he was getting white patches on feet after using steroid cream.

On day one all his complaints were noted down. His appetite thirst bladder functions were normal. He has got weak digestion. Anything eaten outside would lead to constipation. Then he had to take laxatives. He was a type A personality, irritable, impulsive, anxious and workoholic. 

After case details and physical examinations he was given one month medicines along with all necessary tailor made instructions regarding skin hygiene and diet. He was told about 6-10 months treatment. He was suggested to apply non medicated moisturizer and gradually reduce use of steroid.

After one month he experienced reduction in itching though the patches were same. He also mentioned that he found improvement in his constipation issue as well. Again he was given one month medicines with necessary changes made in it. 

At the end of second month he called up to give feedback. He stated that the eczema patches have started reducing. The thickness of patches reduced by 30%. Itching had reduced by 50%. Important was that now he did not require steroid cream for application. Baaed on allhis details next medicine was sent to his postal address by courier.

Meanwhile He shifted his residence in another state. New location being cold, aggravated his eczema. With necessary changes made in next medicines eczema responded well.
